Q: How long does it take to get set up if I provide all my documents up front?
It takes only a few hours (no more than 5) and we usually schedule your first load within 24-48 hours.
Q: For what type of trailer do you book freight?
We specialize in flatbeds carriers but we also book for step-deck, dry van, hot shot and reefer carriers.
Q: What kind of freight can you book?
If it’s legal and you can carry it, WE CAN BOOK IT! Please let us know if you have a specific type of load in mind. We will work with you.
Q: What freight lanes of the county do you normally book for?
We can book for all 48 states but we will tailor your loads to your areas of preference. We prefer booking OTR and regional loads. We will consider local loads on a case-by-case basis.
Q: How will I get paid?
Most drivers, since they have their own authority and will be billing and receiving payments directly from shippers and brokers, they use a factoring company to get their payments faster. In cases where factoring companies are not used, it can take, on average, two weeks to get paid. Note: We will do all credit checks for you.
Q: How will you bill me?
We will invoice you weekly and we accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments can be made electronically.
Q: Do you have ‘time in business’ requirements for drivers before you work with them?
Most companies in the trucking business prefer 6 months, BUT we all have to start somewhere so there are no requirements for time in business. We will work hard to get loads for you whether you have been in business one day or decades. LET’S GROW TOGETHER!
Q: Are there any long-term contracts? Are we obligated to use AB3 on every load?
AB3 Dispatch Services is built on INTEGRITY. We go above and beyond to earn your business and to show you that we are worth you being in relationship with us, therefore, there are NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS to sign.
You do not have to use us for every load, we are here to serve you and work hard to get you the best load with our stellar dedicated service. If there is ever a problem we will make every effort to satisfy and meet your needs. We have an open-door policy and strive to keep a positive working rapport so that we can always be available to be of service to you.
